PRODUCT TERMS FOR HANGTEC MDF REFINER SPARE PARTS

While our products deliver performance matching or exceeding industry standards, ​​HANGTEC is an independent marketing entity​​—we are not affiliated, endorsed, authorized, or otherwise connec ted to any of these third-party brands. References to these brands on our platform are purely for descriptive purpose to confirm specific models and assist customers in selecting the right solution for their existing systems.

Customer Responsibility: Preventing Contaminant Damage

To protect your investment and maximize product longevity, ​​HANGTEC products are not designed to process or tolerate contaminants​​ (e.g., stones, metal bolts/screws, other outside object) in the refining system. Such items can cause catastrophic damage—including grinding bar breakage, cascading segment failure, and costly unplanned downtime. ​​Customer diligence is critical​​: You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring contaminants do not enter the refining system;
  • Bearing all costs associated with damage resulting from neglected contamination prevention.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing HANGTEC refiner spare parts, you:

  • Acknowledge HANGTEC’s quality standards and commitment to your operational success;
  • Provide adequate and accurate information to confirm model, size, measurements and other requirements;
  • Accept responsibility for proper use, contamination prevention, and adherence to installation guidelines;
  • Agree to hold HANGTEC harmless from claims arising from misuse, contamination, or non-compliance with our terms.

Agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to a single transaction or product shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product at issue.​

CONTENT OWNERSHIP, USE RESTRICTIONS, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS

1. Ownership of Content

The photographs, images, and related visual materials displayed on our Platform (collectively, the “​​content​​”) are​​curated, compiled, and contributed​​ by HANGTEC through industry-wide efforts. Unless expressly labeled otherwise, HANGTEC retains ​​exclusive copyright ownership​​ of all content created, selected, or licensed by us for display on the platform.

2. Restrictions on Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution,modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of our copyrighted content is ​​strictly prohibited​​. Violations may incur legal liability under applicable copyright laws.

3. Third-Party Content & Non-Affiliation

Some content on the platform may be sourced from third-party providers (e.g., licensed stock photography or partner submissions). The inclusion of such third-party Content: (a) Does ​​not​​ grant any license or right to use the content beyond viewing on the platform; (b)​​ Does not constitute​​—and shall never be construed as—an endorsement, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or direct customer connection between HANGTEC and any producer, brand, or entity depicted in the Content. This applies regardless of whether such entities share a similar operational background, industry focus, or aesthetic with our business.

4. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

If you believe any content on the platform infringes upon your exclusive Intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, trade dress, or publicity rights), please submit a​​formal written notice​​ to us at: info@refinerplates.com.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

  • Promptly investigate the claim;
  • Remove or disable access to the infringing content within a reasonable time frame;
  • Notify the affected user (if applicable) per legal requirements.

5. No Warranty for Third-Party Content

While we strive to curate high-quality content, HANGTEC makes ​​no warranties​​ (express or implied) regarding the accuracy, legality, or IP clearance of third-party content. Users assume all risk associated with using or relying on such materials.
